Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided once your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
We may request photographs of damaged or incorrect items before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
