Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. 

Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within a few working days.

Please note that delivery timeframe are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@baileysbotanicals.ie with your order details before returning any item.

Please note:

• Items must be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue where possible.

We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
